Whilst the inner sock wicks moisture to the surface of the outer sock, the construction of the fabric helps to minimise friction and maintain a smooth run. The inner sock also has anti-microbial qualities to prevent odours caused by bacteria, and keep your feet fresh.

The toes on Hilly's socks have a flat, seamless construction to help prevent blisters while you're running. There's also an arch grip section and a soft-touch reinforced heel and toe to give you a better fit.
