Mix with your base: The ultra-fluid texture of HALO TINT HIGHLIGHTER can be easily mixed with your base makeup products, meaning a foundation or moisturiser from the NU franchise, such as BARE LOOK TINT or GLOW IN BALM. Start by putting a few drops of HALO TINT HIGHLIGHTER into one of your bases, then mix the two together until they are fully combined before applying the outcome on the full face for a natural all-over glow.
