Smeg's most technically advanced range cooker, the Portofino boasts an A+ energy rating and an impressive 115L capacity. There are 5 cooking levels and 12 functions to choose from, as well as 3 fans inside the oven that deliver professional performance and the very best baking results, no matter what's on the menu.
The large oven cavity is well illuminated with 4 halogen bulbs, while the exterior features large, professional-style controls, a soft-close door, an LCD display with 20 automatic programmes, and a lower storage drawer to complete the look.
Above the main oven sits a 6 burner gas hob with sturdy cast iron pan stands and a wok support. The burners vary between an ultra-rapid 4.2kW and a smaller 1kW to suit different cooking methods and dishes.
Closed door grilling and air cooling systems are complemented by an enamel interior that makes light work of cleaning thanks to the help of the Pyrolytic and Eco Pyrolytic functions. Other handy features include 2 chrome shelves, a grill mesh, 2 extra deep trays, and partial telescopic shelves.
As for the design, each Portofino boasts Smeg's signature styling and represents the bright shades of towns and villages along the Italian Riviera, making this contemporary range cooker a welcome pop of colour in any kitchen.
