Razer Hyperscroll tilt wheel
How a mouse scrolls can really affect how you play. That's why Razer added two types on the Basilisk for more flexibility - tactile and free-spin. Tactile offers a distinct notched feeling (ideal for cycling through weapons or skills), while free spin's great for covering content quickly or repeated game commands.
You can also programme the right and left sides of the scroll wheel to go up and down - just in case moving your finger back and forth's too much work for you.
