Simply squeeze the trigger to release the gravy from the bottom and leave fat behind as the strainer catches unwanted bits, leaving a smooth sauce. Convenient measurement markings on the side to four cups (900ml). Heat-resistant and BPA-free nylon and a Tritan external mechanism for easy care and cleaning.
