How to use
Just draw and smudge! Using the sharpened tip of a darker shade of Magnetic Luminous Eyeshadow Pencil, apply it to the outer crease of each eye and along the lash lines. Smudge with a stippling makeup brush or the pads of your fingers to soften and blend.
