The Track console is ideal if you want greater variety and advanced programs to help you reach your fitness goals. The programs include 6 classic workouts, 5 HeartSync heart rate controlled workouts, 4 goal workouts and 3 custom workouts.
You can further expand your workouts with connectivity to the LFConnect training app, as you track progress, access personalized workouts, and view a personalised display for an enhanced experience. Simply set up your sessions on LFConnect.com or on the app, connect via the QR code, and you're set to go.
To ensure you stay motivated, the track console also comes compatible with Zwift; a virtual reality cycling app equipped with hundreds of fictional and real world locations you can traverse. Whether you want to head out solo, join friends, or jump into a group workout with others from around the world in real time, your training needs are covered as you choose from a list of easy-to-follow programmes that are tailored to your fitness level to ensure your best season yet.
So that all the family can use the same machine, you can save 4 user profiles. This gives each user quicker set-up, individual workout statistics and the ability to save 3 custom workouts per person.
