How do I personalise my product?

Letterfest will contact you by phone within 3 working days of the order being placed to discuss design options. Alternatively, contact them straightaway by emailing johnlewis@letterfest.com and providing a photo.

Include your order number and the additional personalised text featured below the image. Letterfest will email you confirmation and also a proof before printing so you can check everything is correct.

Once you confirm the personalised item it will take between 7 to 10 days to deliver.
