Thanks to the platinum silicone surface, this Lékué mat is non-slip and non-stick, perfect for working with no fuss. Knead dough easily and cleaning will be quick as the mat reduces the mess in your kitchen and it's dishwasher safe. The flexibility of the mat means you can fold it or roll it up and easily put it away in any corner of a drawer or kitchen area.
Use it to stretch dough and cut different shapes, such as cookies. The mat has handy measurements with diameter rings so you can size your dough. The edge ruler helps you measure parts of the dough and cut identical portions. The grid lines help you to make dough in the shape of squares or narrow strips. It includes a conversion table, so you can easily convert and adapt a recipe to tablespoons, cups, etc. All the dimensions of the mat are in mm and inches. It also includes the conversion of temperatures from °C to °F and vice versa.
