This specialist cookware item from Graupera has a funnel-shaped lid to trap steam and allow condensation to seep to the bottom of the circular base, for even cooking to perfection.
The high-quality ceramic design can withstand direct heat, glass-ceramic hobs, microwaves, dishwashers and freezers, as well as being oven-proof, without the lid, up to 250°C.
