It's an exact fit for Gastronorm accessories including the Mythos MYX Food Preparation Tray and Mythos MYX Chopping Board, which it matches. The adapter fits onto the rim of your sink to give a smaller aperture, sized specifically so that Gastronorm accessories fit into it.
