7-day curtains & blinds guarantees

We offer a 3-year guarantee on all made to measure furnishings produced by Partners in our Lancashire textiles factory.

We make all orders to your specifications and can only accept returns in the unlikely event of a fault with the product. We’re sorry that it’s not possible to amend or cancel your order once it’s submitted.

Your guarantee covers you against:

  • Component failure of working mechanisms where applicable
  • Defects caused by manufacturing error, or failure to meet our quality commitment
  • Products supplied with fabric flaws

Your guarantee won't cover:

  • Damage caused by unexpected wear and tear
  • If there is evidence of product abuse or misuse
  • Any alterations not made by us
  • Long term exposure to atmospheric conditions such as damp or excessive heat
  • Curtains or blinds fitted in a non-domestic environment
  • Accidental damage (you may find that this type of damage is covered by your household contents insurance policy)
