As one of the world's fastest-growing exotic hardwoods, acacia is the smart, sustainable choice for food prep. Supremely durable and robust, the wood is rich in natural oils to help it stay strong over time and comes treated with a food-safe natural oil to bring out its beautiful grain.
The board is designed in England with a classic silhouette, softened corners and a handle for manoeuvrability, complete with a hook for hanging. Easy to clean, simply hand wash and leave to air dry. The Barkway is finished with the Cole & Mason brand stamp.

Brand information
Although founded earlier, Cole & Mason produced their first salt and pepper mill in 1946. The company produced the world's first acrylic pepper mill in the 1970s and now produces a wide range of products that put flavour and seasoning into food, including pestles and mortars, oil pourers and herb and spice racks.
