In the heart of rural Sussex lies Bolney Wine Estate, one of England’s oldest and most beautiful vineyards.
Bolney’s story began in 1972 when founders Janet and Rodney Pratt planted three acres of vines to create what was then one of the very first commercial vineyards in England. In the 1990s, Sam Linter, their daughter, joined them and with her passion for business and wine making, grew the vineyard’s acreage and the quality of the wines.
Celebrating their 50th anniversary in 2022, they are proud pioneers of the industry, renowned for producing some of the finest English still & sparkling wine and spirits.
A sophisticated traditional method sparkling wine, bursting with fresh citrus, hedgerow fruits, sweet apple and stone fruits. Bolney Classic Cuvée full-bodied sparkling wine offers hints of sweet brioche with a well-rounded finish. It is fresh and elegant with a good body and persistent mousse. Pairs perfectly with oily fish, salmon en croute, smoked mackerel pâté and semi-hard cheeses.
