Alessandro Gallici Prosecco NV, 75cl
Born in 1971, northern Italian native Alessandro Gallici grew up fascinated by the wine his family would make from their few vines and it is this that inspired his career in winemaking. He has spent his life making outstanding wines, knows every grape grower worth knowing and every premium vineyard.

Tasting notes
An aroma of pears, apples and a hint of fresh bread. Gently fizzy, with a creamy texture and flavours of ripe apple, pear and citrus. Serve chilled as an aperitivo any time, or add fresh peach juice for an authentic Bellini.

Linden Lady Handmade Chocolates, 100g
Linden Lady Chocolates was established in 1930 by Chocolatier Colin Grant, who was taught the art of chocolate making in a small village in Switzerland called Linden. On returning to England, he opened his confectionery shop, named it "Linden Lady" to reference an ancient legend he had been told by the villagers. Colin adapted the recipes he brought back to create a truly English product and today Linden Lady continues to use only the same fresh, natural ingredients, buying locally where possible, to complement their responsibly sourced West African Cocoa.
