The Philips Hue Runner LED Spotlight is compatible with 80% of the dimmers on the market. This spotlight features an adjustable head which allows you to direct the light exactly where you need it most.

Using the Philips Hue bridge (not included), the light connects to your home Wi-Fi network and lets you control its settings using the accompanying app. With its wide range of warm and cool illumination options, this versatile light makes it easy to find the right lighting choices for your daily activities.

You can also set the right ambience for any moment with a range of beautiful, natural white LED light. Use the app on your smart device to set any shade of white light, from cool energising daylight (6500K) to relaxing warm white light (2200K).

Advanced Ambience Creation
Advanced ambience creation with warm to cool white light gives effortless and smooth dimming without rewiring your home. Hue Phoenix has a 3D texture that enhances its looks and gives a pleasant diffusion of light. The surface of the lamp is covered with a hexagonal pattern that captures and reflects light, which creates a sparkling effect. The effect changes depending on your viewing angle, making Hue Phoenix a dynamic and eye-catching piece of decoration in your home, even when the lights are off.

Programmable
Hue works as more than just a light bulb - It can be tailored to your life, with alarms, timers and alerts, so you can set Hue to wake you up with a soft sunrise glow, or to turn all of your Hue lights off at bedtime. Hue lights can flash at you to let you know when your food is ready to come out of the oven, or to let you know when your favourite TV show is starting. You can set your lights to come on when you're away, to deter thieves, or control them remotely via the portal, from anywhere in the world. Geofencing technology can be used to turn your Hue lights on as you enter the door. Hue can even be linked to data feeds via the IFTTT (If This Then That) service, to give you a visual alert when you get an important email or when the weather changes.

Apps to help you unlock more
With additional iOS and Android apps, you can get even more out of your Hue. Ambilight+hue for both iOS and Android works with Philips Ambilight TVs (2011 model or newer, type number 6 or higher in xxPFLxxx6) to match the mood in your living room to the scenes on TV, creating a more immersive experience. Amblifty for iOS and hue Disco for Android make Hue react to music, providing you with an instant dance floor.

Works with Nest
Philips Hue and Nest have teamed up to help you get the most out of your lighting and your Nest products. When your Nest Learning Thermostat knows you’re away, your hue lights will automatically switch off gently. While you're gone, Hue will make it seem like you are home by switching your hue lights on and off to mimic your presence.

If Nest Protect finds a possible hazard it will give you a heads up by flashing the hue lights yellow alongside the audible warning. In case of an alarm, the lights will flash red before going to a dimmed red state which is best to help you navigate in smoky environments.

Please note: To create a more innovative look, this light ​h​as been designed to incorporate the LED within it. The integrated LED is not replaceable but has a very long lifespan.
