Adjust the FlexSelect™ cushioning to meet your needs. With one half-turn you can activate the double cushioning isolators to help reduce any impact on your knees and ankles and with another half turn you can run on a firm, stable surface that feels just like the road.

0–12% inclince
With the simple touch of a single button, you can change your incline between 0 and 12 percent. Adjusting your incline can result in a more efficient workout, the targeting of specific muscle groups and more calories burnt. When you run a custom Google Maps route, your incline will automatically adjust to simulate the real world terrain.
