Gift Card Terms
Gift Cards are only redeemable for the Netflix subscription service (the “Netflix Service”) in countries where the service is offered in the currency denominated on the Gift Card. To redeem a Gift Card, go to www.netflix.com/redeem and enter the card’s PIN number. You must create or have an existing and valid membership with Netflix to redeem a Gift Card. Netflix gift cards cannot be redeemed on an account that is billed through certain third party partners, such as iTunes. To redeem a Netflix gift card if your account is billed through such partners, you must first cancel your Netflix billing through the partner and then redeem your card at www.netflix.com/redeem once the billing period ends. Membership is subject to prior acceptance of license and usage terms, and compatible software, hardware and internet access (which may be subject to an additional fee). You must be 18 years of age or older to become a member of the Netflix Service.

The entire value of any Gift Card will be applied to your Netflix account upon redemption and you will not be able to use the Gift Card again. The monthly membership fee is dependent on your chosen plan. You may apply the value of the Gift Card to any plan, however, Gift Cards are assigned a fixed monetary value and the duration of the Gift Card membership will be dependent on the plan you choose.

Gift Cards are not refundable (whether for cash or otherwise), except to the extent required by applicable law, and may only be redeemed for the Netflix Service. During the duration of the Gift Card membership you may terminate your Netflix membership at any time. Such termination will become effective after the end of the duration of the Gift Card. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards, and cannot be reloaded. For combinations with other offers, restrictions may apply.

Title to the Gift Cards and the risk of loss, destruction or deterioration pass to the purchaser upon surrender of the Gift Card to purchaser. Netflix is not responsible for any Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
