An aroma of pears, apples and hint of fresh bread. Gently fizzy with a creamy texture and flavours of ripe apple, pear and citrus. Serve chilled as an aperitivo any time, or add fresh peach juice for an authentic Bellini.

Valle de Ceibo Viognier, 75cl
Aromas of ripe fruit and marzipan. On the palate it is soft and mellow, with mouth-filling flavours of apricot, nectarine and almonds, balanced by a refreshing citrus finish. Delightful served with grilled white fish, rainbow trout or poached salmon, and also with salads or lightly flavoured chicken dishes.

Valle de Ceibo Malbec, 75cl
Aromas of ripe black fruits and leather. On the palate, it has gorgeous, ripe fruit flavours of prune and damson, with a hint of liquorice and a soft, mellow mouth feel. A perfect match with grilled steak, it is also lovely with roast lamb, burgers or sausage and mash, roasted vegetable dishes or pizza with olives.
