With a total of 4000 pocket springs in the king size model and two rows of hand side-stitching, our Natural Collection Hemp mattresses incorporate market leading spring technology with generous fillings of cotton and hemp to enable a superbly balanced feel.

Our comfort support range of mattresses are not too soft, nor too firm. They provide just the right balance of support, however you sleep.

Natural fillings
Upholstered and filled with natural fibres, this mattress offers responsive support while keeping your sleep space clean and breathable. Soft, durable and highly absorbent, resilient hemp processes and soft cotton wick moisture to keep your bed fresh-feeling and hygienic. The hemp fibres are additionally blended with flax, that creates an extra layer of insulated support between the pocket springs and natural layers.

Revolution® and High Density pocket spring system
Featuring a unique, high density pocket spring system to deliver enhanced support and comfort, it boasts a two-stage action that allows air to circulate through the mattress effectively. The larger outer spring yields to the body, while the inner spring offers direct and precise support when and where you need it, becoming engaged as your body sinks into the mattress. Super HD springs also work to distribute your weight evenly in order to reduce build-up and pressure. Produced in a blanket sheet format, the springs can move freely to contour with the exact shape of your body.

Environmentally sound
The John Lewis Natural collection has been designed to be recyclable at the end of its life by using natural upholstery fillings. Even the steel used in the patented pocket spring system is 100% recyclable. Our manufacturers, Spink & Edgar are the only bed makers in the world with a farm where they raise sheep for wool and grow luxury fibres for use as fillings in their mattresses. Using locally grown fibres, crops and wool lessens the impact on the environment by dramatically reducing CO2 and greenhouse gas emissions.
