The 7-Seater Rotating Garden Pod from Ornate Garden is an architectural feature that provides an extra outdoor room with a panoramic view of your garden, all year round. This summerhouse pod rotates to position the entrance into the sun or shade or out of a chilly breeze.

Seating up to seven guests, it's a unique space for parties and garden gatherings. As a statement piece for your outdoor space, this futuristic pod is designed with spruce timber arcs and a stainless steel exterior that deflects summer heat and mirrors its surroundings to truly become part of the garden.

The table and seating can transform into a full circle bed comfortably covered with cushion pads, with the Ornate Garden Bed Upgrade. Five acrylic clear windows let the light in, making it feel spacious and giving you uninterrupted 360° views of your garden, rain or shine, without the chill of spring or autumn breezes.

Architectural feature
Made in the UK and beautifully designed with laminated, treated and sustainable FSC-certified timber arcs, the pod allows a significant flooding in of natural light, creating an open and airy feel.

Rotating pod
The whole pod rotates up to 180° on six sealed chromium bearings. These run on a galvanized angle iron track, which has a stainless steel ring to keep it running smoothly. The entrance to the pod is set at 90° to allow for your choice of view or to catch sun or shade.

Innovative design
360° uninterrupted panoramic views of the garden are provided by multiple configurations of UV-protected polycarbonate tinted windows for a more spacious feel. The pod has a footprint of no more than a large garden patio set.

Versatile outdoors space
Perfect for dining and lounging, the pod seats up to seven people for entertaining. It can also function as a study or creative outdoors environment. With the Ornate Garden Bed Upgrade, the table and seating together can be formed into a full circle to make a bed, comfortably covered with a full set of luxurious 75mm-thick cushion pads. The luxurious interior is water-resistant and the table has a vinyl wood-effect coated surface.

Front canopy
All the materials used are fully waterproof and the pod comes with an included canopy set that clips over the front of the sphere to enclose it and make a full tent area of the entrance. Two flexible tent poles fit from top to bottom of the canopy matching the contour of the sphere. There is a zip between these two poles to allow entrance into the lounging area.

Create your own interior
Create your ideal interior with the supplier's design team, to be discussed with the supplier on receipt of the order. Choose your seating in one of the following colours: Gingersnap, Greyfriar, Cool Blue, Mulled Wine and Wasabi.

Pod installation
An installation area of 250cm in diameter is required to locate the pod, on a hard-standing base of no less than 137cm in diameter. The pod can be installed on to a level paved area. If you are preparing a new concrete or paving area for your summerhouse, an overall depth of 30cm is recommended, allowing 7 days for the ground to settle prior to the installation team's arrival.

Summerhouse care
The wooden structure of your sphere is made from pressure-treated wood laminates. As the seasons come and go, you may see some cracks opening and closing in the timber, which is a natural and normal occurrence. To change the exterior colour or protect the wood, you may wish to apply a wood stain or wood preserver. To extend the lifespan of your sphere, aim to apply a wood preserver at least once a year.
