Fridges and freezers

For integrated appliances, we'll connect electrics and any water supply, and house in your units. We'll locate and plug in freestanding refrigerated appliances as part of our normal delivery service. In both cases, we'll remove and dispose of all packaging responsibly.

Integrated fridges and freezers - £90

Freestanding fridge door reversal for easy access - £30* 

*Your appliance will be delivered with door reversal already prepared. We won't be able to perform this service on any appliances where wiring runs through the door hinges.

We'll take care of the heavy lifting for you and dispose of your old appliance responsibly when you buy a new appliance from us.

Connections

• Ensure the electrical supply is within 1m of the location for your new integrated appliance
• We'll locate and plug in freestanding fridges and freezers as part of our normal delivery service

• Ensure the appliance fits in your chosen location
• For integrated or semi-integrated installations, make sure your kitchen units are able to house the new appliance as we don't offer carpentry work to modify units
• Don't forget to check your kitchen door splits match the new integrated appliance. Door split details can be found in the product information and will be one of the following: 70/30, 60/40 or 50/50
  

• For disposal of your old fridge or freezer, please defrost and wipe dry the appliance ready for us to remove it
• For installation of a new integrated appliance, if you're not using our disposal service, please drain and disconnect your existing appliance
• Identify where the mains water switch is in your home - check you can switch it off
• If we're delivering and locating a new freestanding appliance for you and you're not using our disposal service for your old one, please drain, disconnect and move it if your new one is going in its place
  

• We can't offer door reversal on appliances which have wiring running through the door hinges,  or on American-style fridge freezers.
• We can't offer disposal services for American-style fridge freezers.
• For safety reasons, the installation cannot be in a bathroom, toilet or unheated outbuilding.
• We're unable to offer installation to certain postcodes.
• Our installation and disposal services are subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to refuse to collect any item we believe constitutes a health and safety risk to our employees, or anyone working on our behalf.
